The new handmade items are just that, handmade and not by a machine. The very best possible effort is use to make them as perfect as possible, but please know that any flaws are just character and a sure sign that these were done with love and by hand.
Please contact us for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do want to return the item you are responsible for the return shipping. Returns on custom items (including rings) are not accepted (sorry).
Personalization on rings and bracelets will be made exactly as written and provided by the customer. Errors made based on customers’ submissions are not refundable.
Returns are accepted on merchandise that has not be worn and within 30 days from the purchase, by returning them with a note to: P.O. Box 1064 Aberdeen, SD 57402.
If you are returning a ring or bracelet for a different size, please let us know which size you need and we will mail another one to you free of charge and ask that you return the original item back to us with the above address. Refunds are offered on merchandise that has not been worn and is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
